Of course they have an excuse:
Either way don't bitch out and not respond to them, be up front about it.. what a shitty way to do business.. hopefully his little company ends up getting screwed..

Fergo sports is located in Miami, McDonald Ferguson is the CEO so I assume he is also the owner (not sure). Uncertain if there is a family tie to EGO. Fergo Sports

They have apparently done this before. From Miami last year: Previous failure to deliver
Not sure why I fgelt the need to look into it but there it is. Hopefully Ego Sr. will do the right thing with the team. They paid him, he owes them money regardless of his excuses, he should have researched his supplier. Unless he goes bankrupt, he will lose in court and have to pay the 8K back.

To be fair on the BBB rating, they haven't applied for accreditation. If you never apply for it, you get an F. The BBB is a kind of a joke anyway but that's another topic.
