...at the end of his segment with Chris Wallace ... he dropped a "Geaux Tigers."

Figured I'd report that here, since many on Tiger Rant may not know who Scalise is.

He must have been on early in the show. My local Fox station had some tech trouble and I missed the first 15-20 minutes.

He was the first guest. Embarrassingly, I had never heard of him. I thought he did a good job, especially shooting down impeachment talk.

He is the representative for my home district, and an alumni of my high school.

He has a pretty solid conservative record.

I was surprised that Chris Wallace let him off the hook. Wallace was looking for a "yes" or "no" answer and Scalise never gave one. Wallace pressed once ... and then let it go.

I viewed the outcome as "all options are still on the table but we don't want to talk about that right now."

Wasn't he that white running back who was like a coach on the field and had a motor that never stopped during the Arnsparger years?

That would be the stereotype concerning white football players which I was referencing.

I thought it was 'Faster than he looks', which is why I went the other way.
