Go to uhaul web page. There's a section for find moving help. You can see cost and also reviews from others.
If you hire someone, you pay uhaul and when job is done to your satisfaction you give mover a code. That code moves money from uhaul to them. You get to leave feedback about your experience. System works very well.

2 men and a truck are good and pretty reasonable, lots if variables go into trying to give an estimated rate so call them for yourself
