Movies are translated into different languages all the time. No biggie. But, how do they go about using the voice actors?
Let's say a big actor like Pitt or Clooney. Do they hire different guys for every film, depending on who's in charge of the dubbing?

Or do they have one actor who is immediately associated with the big name. Say a guy named Juan.
Is Juan known as the Spanish language version of Pitt? Do they have awards shows where Juan receives accolades for his work on such films as Moneyball? Does such a voice actor get a lifetime achievement award for his work if an actor catches on and everyone associates his voice with the American actor?

Many big stars personally choose the actors who will dub their voices
