Anyone have a good recipe for chocolate covered orange peels?

Looking to cook it up for the SO and wanted to see if any of you have any tips. Thanks in advance.

I grew up eating those. I love'em.

After you candie them, rinse them in chocolate. Cool, devour.

I think you absolutely have to candie them first, otherwise they're too tart.

Yep, it's not all just covering with chocolate.
