Our players weren't motivated and Bama's were. Still had a chance to win, but we crumbled after the shovel pass INT. You don't need a tell-all book for that. shite happens, dwi.

We were extremely fortunate to beat them in BDS. 5 missed FG's? Yes it was bs to play them again, but we weren't winning that game.

We had zero chance to win since the match up was announced.... Espn got what they wanted, bama to win, which led to the change in the bcs. There was no talk of a rematch until bama lost the game of the century. It was sad that lsu had to play them again.

Only reason the beat down bothers me is it was potentially the greatest season ever in modern college football history.
I don't see anyone having a season like that anytime soon. Schedules just don't allow for it.

Reality is this ....espn wanted to make sure that winning your conference isn't important. Proof is in the championship game. In rematch situations, the team that lost the first game wins the rematch around 90% of the time. Espn runs college football.......
