I'll be new to madden this year and I was wondering about connected careers. Is it like NCAA where you can be a coordinator on offense or defense and work your way up? Or you take over an existing coach? Thanks

You can be an existing head coach or create an new one. There is also a owner mode and player mode. But it could be a little different for 15

Ok cool. Hopefully it's like NCAA and you can work your way up. If you're a coach you still have the ability to play with the whole team or just call the plays?

Really excited for this year's game. They have upped their game so much in the last 2 years to the point where gameplay is so much better than in the past. They've really gotten to the point where the graphics look just about as good as they are going to get so they are putting much more of an emphasis on gameplay improvements. In the last people kept saying that they want better gameplay yet when you'd read all of the comments and complaints on ea sports, 90% of them were about the graphics and player accessories and the other window dressing.

Their top priority every year should be gameplay, then presentation, then graphics and such. And like I said, we are pretty much at the graphical peak right now. If you get the gameplay right one year then really all you have to so is refine it and you're good. Maybe modify and or deepen a game mode but your bread and butter would be set.

Is there contracts and things like that when you're a coach in the game?
