Hey Glenn if Sterling is so bad (which he is) then why did you go work for him in the first place?

I doubt he'd want to go to that dumpster fire.

I love this holier- than-thou road that people within the league are trying to take with sterling. He's been a racist and unsavory person for YEARS, but now everyone is outraged. Now everyone wants to put their foot down. Now they don't want his money. You can bet if a regular fan like me knew sterling was a POS, really smart guys who live and breathe the NBA like doc and Chris Paul knew. But NOW they are outraged....

fricking hypocrites.

That senile old coot is going to ruin everything he owned. He ought to pray that judge rules that the sale of the team should go through.

Sterling's white hands still touch things all over the Staples Center. Doc could never work there for the Lakers either, they are both tainted by his blatant racist and bigoted ways.

Wouldn't be the first time Doc quit on his team.

Yeah, because Doc didn't know Sterling was a piece of shite when he first went coach for him.

exactly. They knew exactly who he was and didn't seem to mind. But once the media blows up the story they're suddenly shocked that he'd do something like that and want out unless he's gone. Ridiculous.

Walking now would be the smartest thing Doc could do

Looks like a hero with strong, non-negotiable principles, gets a blank check from another franchise after a year of laid-back booth work, and everybody ignores the fact that Sterling has been a known piece of shite for years.

Then they'll blame Sterling for the Clippers gentle fade into mediocrity while ignoring the possibility that they might have peaked last year, just like they also overlook that Doc was a pretty bad coach until he was gifted with 3 hall of famers and an up and coming stud point guard in Boston.

I'm tired of all the people looking for attention by threatening to quit/retire when they know it'll never get to that and they knew all along what he was about.

I couldn't believe people actually were arguing players should be able to walk if he didn't sell.
