Bryce Harper Value for rest of season

I have been offered a trade:
I get Bryce Harper and Yordano Ventura
I give up Jeff Samardzija
I could use another OF but I don't think it is worth it to give up one of my better SP to get an outfielder.
What is the outlook like for Harper for the rest of the season?

Who knows really. He could run into a wall tomorrow and call it a season.
I'm going to go ahead and assume it's a non-keeper. What does the rest of your staff look like? Can you afford the losing a pretty good starting pitcher for some upside?

My bad on leaving out that it is a keeper league. That does raise the value of Ventura. And the guy just texted me and said that he would throw in a relieve as well. De La Rosa, Joe Kelly or Trevor Rosenthal. My reliever right now are Jesse Chavez and Huston Street.

I would take Harper, Ventura, and Rosenthal.
Harper's perceived value doesn't match his numbers. In a redraft league I would say no, but in a keeper league you have to take it. Harper is still one of the youngest guys in all of baseball and is already a 20-20 talent.

That raises the value of both players and changes the outlook on the deal by a ton. Take it. It's even more of a non-brainer if he's willing to add Rosenthal. You now owe him a few beers as well.
If you need another starter, just move a draft pick for one afterwards.

the guy that is trading for Samardzjia is a huge A's fan. I'm guessing that his fandom might be influencing this offer a little haha
