Buying a Salvaged Car (Hail Damage)

I'm looking at a 2005 Chevy Equinox for ~4k. Has 50,000 miles on it, and it's in good overall condition.
Only hail damage is on the roof (Hood, Windshield was replaced).
Is there anything I should look out for?
I've done a bit of research, and it looks like I can only get liability insurance, which is completely fine with me.
Appreciate you guys. This is my 1st car purchase and looks like a solid deal on my end (inexperienced end).

Nothing says RadBro like driving a 10 year old version of this!
ETA: That is salvaged and covered in hail damage!
