if comcast calls offering an internet upgrade at no charge for 30 days

dont do it just got the bill and they charged me!Comcast lady flat out lied!She told me if i canceled within 30 days i would not get charged. I asked like 4 times before hanging up. i called when i got the bill and the girl said i wasnt the first to complain. I just didnt feel like fighting today so just letting you folks know. When a deal is to good to be true then its usually not good.

Just don't do any business with them. There's a reason why most people quite literally would rather deal with the IRS (people who really steal your money) than Comcast. That's how much Comcast sucks.

yeah i knew that when she offered that i was gonna pay in the end. Funny when i called to cancel before the 30 days was up and the girl i talked to never mentioned i would be charged for it. Do they just sit in a room thinking of how to rip their customers off. Soon they will have the majority of the internet space. Its gonna get alot worse !

Honestly Cox is just as bad if not worse. These cable companies are borderline criminal.

Anything that's 'free' from the cable companies are usually a big gotcha once you don't give notice to cancel that free service

Comcast sold me a great deal and guy came out to install it and I didn't have shite for channels. I called while he was installing, they said the package I was sold was not valid. I told the installed to undo all the shite he installed before he left.

I called 3 days before the 30 days was up. Called to question and the person said we'll were not gonna just give it for free. i was just like WTF? i didnt feel like getting passed around for the next 45 minutes to deal with another idiot so i accepted my fate and hung up.

I can totally understand your fustration. They are by far the worst company ever! They make my wife cry on the phone cause no one helps you or they dont have no idea what they are doing. They will constantly transfer you to someone then just get hung up on and repeat, repeat, repeat everytime you call! I never said I hate something but I hate that company!!
