Designing Birthstone Jewelry around Baton Rouge/Prairieville/Gonzales

My wife is getting ready to have our 6th child and I want to give her something as a surprise this time. I haven't been all that great when it comes time to deliver the baby. I mean, I have been there for all of them and have stood behind the Dr. for all but one when my wife was adamant about me being up by her holding her hand (thats where she would prefer me to be but i enjoy watching the whole thing). Anyway, this will probably be our last child and I want to make her some type of jewelry with everyone's birthstone. Is there a place around here to design something special or would I just be able to get something pre-made where they just add the pendants? Thanks!

any idea what to expect on pricing when designing something like this?? dont want to have sticker shock..a.k.a. that deer in the head light look...lol...you think under $500 or over $500

Lane's in Gonzales . Ask for the designer Stuart Landry, he will sit down with you and hand draw ideas with you. Great experience !

Well, yeah.. But didn't know what to expect with birthstone jewelry.. You know with real stones and all.. I mean it doesn't really matter as long as she is happy.. Just wanted to prepare myself.. Lol.. Looking over a G right now.. They are nice people.. Thanks for the suggestion!
