Garage or work space to rent

Are there any places in BR that you can rent garages or small work spaces for cheap? Like if you wanted to set up a ebay store and just needed a small place to keep stock and small desk to pack orders and do a little paper work. I dont know of any storage units that allow you to work out of them.

I dont have room where I'm living now to do it and I dont think the HOA would like a pod in my driveway for an extended period of time.
