What would you do? Scenario for the movie Obsessed; girl stalker

I've never seen it before but watching it tonight. It's on TBS if anyone wants to check it out. It's nothing fancy or super good. I'm just killing time.
Anyway, it stars Idris Elba. He is a married exec at a trading firm in NY. There is this smoking hot, dirty, slutty blonde that's a temp at his office. Well, she sneaks in on him when he is in the bathroom at the Xmas party and grabs his junk. He wanted to report her to HR but he did not. She isnt working as a temp anymore at his office. But she is now she is sending him flirty emails pictures.
Commercial break just ended. Back to the show.
What would you do??

Well, IIRC he's married.. to Beyonce.. so I'm not sure what situation you're asking about.
Now I will say I've had a crush on Ali Larter since the whipped cream bikini in Varsity Blues.. so I'd probably not report it and just roll with it..
