If you catch your woman sleeping around, you should be able to challenge the guy to a duel at sunrise. Set up a set of rules and have a leo there to make sure it is adminstered correctly. What do yall think?

ETA: It could be for any slight against your honor (i.e. he stepped on my new jordans, he scratched my truck, mcdonalds worker got my order wrong, etc) as long as both participants agreed to it.

It could be like jousting, except instead of using the poles, you have to use your winkies.

yeah really, that would be the worst way to go. dude bangs your wife, and then then kills you.

I think you should be able to if both parties are willingly okay to do it. Get something notarized and then it should be legal.

Legalized dueling would be a fun law. However, there would have to be all kinds of legal waivers signed by those who consented to make it work.
