I'm used to using adobe to edit PDFs, combine files, add/delete pages, highlight text, etc, but unfortunately I need an alternative. Is there a good (cheap?) alternative for Mac OS?

Google docs will save anything you create there as a pdf.

Not sure if it will open them. Foxit is also a great free alternative but not sure if cross platform.

Sure there are alternatives, but they often don't play well with the actual Adobe
