Fund more innovation and scientific breakthroughs, improve road infrastructure and highways, attract more businesses, more funding for schools that legitimately deserve it, fund free birth control to impede wedlock rates and unplanned pregnancy amongst poor people and fund treating the war on drugs a public helth issue instead of a criminal issue.
But no, we have to give it all to possible war criminals and to a region that so many Americans have died in.

We literally give Israel, a nation of 8 million "not-Americans" around 3 billion dollars, every single year, that we know about. We give their neighbors additional aid just to keep them from bombing Israel.
Imagine what could be done in your state if your state received an extra $30 billion dollars of federal aid over the next decade. What projects could be completed and improvements could be made?

It's insane. They receive billions in U.S. aid every year while being perfectly capable of paying for their own needs.

I'm not an isolationist but we should stop ALL foreign aid until this country has ZERO debt and the lowest tax rate in the world.

I def don't know the ins and outs of Palestine/Israel conflict, but it seems that Israel are big boys and can take care of themselves

Not really rocket science. Israel has powerful allies throughout the upper echelons of US government, media, industry, and society. No, I'm not talking Stormfront ZOG bullshite, just the reality that there are a lot of pro-Israelis with a lot of juice in this country--including almost all in the evangelical Christian community that I grew up in. And we have a unique historical relationship with them.
As I said, I'm pro-Israel but wish they weren't such a selfish, shitty ally. The reason we support them no matter what is pretty clear, though.
