New numbers on the jerseys?

After seeing the jerseys last week on the freshmen, does it look like they're new?

the new numbers went into effect for the 2012-2013 Chick-Fil-A Bowl and were there all through last season...

I know they changed them before the chick-fil-a bowl...looks like they've widened them or enlarged them for this season. They look a little different.

I looked at the link he posted... it's still the exact same concept. the lighting in the pic in the link makes the number look like it has a darker purple outline but if you saw the promo shots with Quinn, Durpe, and Fournette its still the same thing as last season.

They did. They are more block-like than the terrible font they used in 2013. I am looking for pics now.
Its a subtle change, but you can tell a difference for sure.

I am pissed about that too. It turned out okay and could have been a lot worse, but it didn't need to be changed at all.

Yeah, now that I've seen more photos that looks to be the case, but there's a pic of No. 78 somewhere I saw that looks like it spans the width of the back now, instead of having space on each side like '13.
Small thing regardless. Thought the '13 numbers were too narrow anyhow.
I like the new Tiger logo, though.

I actually like the numbers this year. They definitely grew on me last year. I just look at it as a new generation, it's not so bad, it looked really slick on ODell Beckham for some reason though.

Font didn't change, but the size of the numbers now fits the size of the jerseys.
ETA: This fixes all the complaints they got about the lineman having the same sized numbers as the skill players

Yeah I'm asking for a link starting they are changing the logo. Not some spring game promotional where they straight up said it wasn't permanent
