So I'm looking to start doing some recording at home and I'm just trying to get some advice on a couple products I've had my eye on. I'll mostly be recording electric and acoustic guitar, vocals, and possibly some drums. Already have an SM57 dynamic mic, so definitely going to need software, audio interface, headphones, and probably a condenser mic. These are a couple bundles I've looked at, any thoughts or other recommendations?

Yes, I can give you tons of advice, as I work in that Industry.

Don't go M-Audio. Their drivers are usually as unstable as an Ex Girlfriend. Pro Tools Express is also very weak.

PreSonus Audio (a Baton Rouge company) has a better product.

wow thanks, I hadn't ever heard of that company. Why do you say pro tools express is weak? Also, how does the Studio One software compare to the full version of pro tools in terms of ease of use, amount of plug-ins/effects, mixing?
