I'm going with Clint Eastwood, starting with the Spaghetti Westerns, the Dirty Harry character, Josey Wales, Unforgiven, Gran Torino, etc. Seems Arnold always gets the attention with "I'll be back" but Clint has so many I don't no where to start, if this topic has been discussed please disregard and I sincerely apologize.
Here's a link to some of the masters best......LINK

Will Farrel has to be up there as one of the most quotable actors in history.

Leslie Nielsen as well.

Love Pacino, especially in Donnie Brasco, I like that movie better that The God Father, based off the FBI infiltration of the mob via Joe Pistone, I think that movie was a convincing depiction of what really goes on with the underlings in the mob.

How many times do you quote Nicholson on a daily basis?

How often do you say phrases like:
"If you ain't first, you're last"
"I love scotch, scotchy, scotch, scotch"
"Why don't you go back to your home on whore island!?"
"Don't act like you're not impressed?"
"That escalated quickly! I mean, that really got out of hand!"
"I'd like to quote the late, great Colonel Sanders in saying 'I'm too drunk to taste this chicken'"
"Shake and bake!"
"Gator's bitches better be using jimmies!"
"The room is spinning...from all the...gayness"
"Did we just become best friends?"
"By the beard of Zeus!"
"Great Odin's Raven?"
"You know I don't speak Spanish, English please"
"I'm not even mad, I'm impressed, that's amazing"
"You're my boy, Blue!"

I agree. I quote comedy movies more than serious movies and Will Ferrell is top dog in that category.

Not saying that Donnie Brasco is a better produced movie I just like the fact that it was based on a real sting operation and Pacino and Depp really worked well together.

Reading the title the first acto r who came to kind was Will Farrel. Anchorman alone would make him more quotable than most of the other actors mentioned. Say what you want to about his acting, the man can write one liners.

He gave a great performance as Righty in Johnny Brasco.

I have never seen The God Father. Is that a religious movie? Did Mel Gibson direct?
