I like the way this is heading. I know signing day is far far away, but this definitely isn't the worst situation we can be in.
Look at all that talent!!!!!

That makes 7 of the top 11 with a pretty solid chance with the other 4
Plus the others outside the top 10 if need be.

With the other 3, maybe. Tillery is all Notre Dame and has been, according to him, his whole life.

Garett Thomas is committed to Texas and Moton is committed to Bama

#15 Charlot is committed to Bama

We do a pretty good job of holding down our own. However, this list isn't exactly spot on in its rankings. Donte Jackson is a top 5 player in the state, and Daylon Charlot was extremely impressive the last time he was on campus. Probably should be in the top 5 as well, and he is committed to Bama. The fact is Saban consistently picks up one of our best players ,every year, but overall you have to be satisfied with our in state success. Steve Spurrier called Nick Saban the best recruiter in the history of college football, and it's hard to disagree with him on that one. With that being said we do about as good as one could expect in our state, and if we get Jackson this year and hold on to the rest then it will be a good year, and if we get both him and Tyron johnson then it will be a great year!

We'll have 9 of the top 13 with a chance to have 11.

Not according to Tillery, but there are guys on here who know what he's going to do much more than he does, don't worry.

do you know him? I'm not being a smart arse but actually looking for legit info

No, I've read and watched his interviews. He says he's been an ND fan all his life, they're his dream school, dream offer, etc. I just don't see why people choose to believe he's lying. I wondered the same thing last year when Noil was saying he wanted to leave the state, aTm was on top, etc. Why would they lie?

i know grimes is after him hard but other than that, i know nothing of his interest level with lsu....just curious

Yeah, I hope we keep after him. He's got great talent. There's a lot of time left, he could change his mind - but I'd bet against it, based on everything he's said.

LSU has a chance with Tillery because sometimes the home is a strong pull.
Hopefully, making it easier on his family to see him play gives us an edge.
If not, ND is getting a good one

I am still at a loss as to how or fricking WHY a 4 or 5 star Louisiana a recruit would have any interest in ala-fricking-shama.
Nauseates me that home grown kids would pass up a chance to play for their home state school who is in the top 3 in the nation in prominence this century and has the winningest program in the country in the last 9 years.
