Just experienced one of the best meal experiences I have ever had at Salt at the Ritz Carlton in Amelia Island. One of Florida's 2 five diamond restaurants, it was spectacular.

We had the chef's adventure menu. A four course meal paired with wine. You tell hem what you can't or won't eat and they serve you what the chef prepares. We thought it was a little risky and pretty pricey but upon completion well worth it.

Their specialty is offering salts from around the world that are pure and some are flavored by infusing other spices to them. Truly unique and unbelievable. Great portion sizes and service.

If you are near the area you should check it out.
