Can one watch the EPL without cable?

I only have internet and would like to start watching some soccer to get more familiar with the game. Network TV has shown some on the weekends, but want to see it more often. Are there any online streams for the leagues?

If you could get a friends espn3 account maybe? Other than that I think try skysports.com

All the games are on NBC Sports Live Extra, but I'm not sure if you need a cable provider or not.

EPL games don't come on ESPN anyway, they're on the NBC Sports Networks. NBC has something called NBC Sports Extra Live that you can watch on your computer, tablet, or smartphone but you need to verify through your cable provider that you have the proper sports package.
If you have a friend you could probably use his or her cable password if they are generous enough to let you do so.
