So our dear president has spent almost double the amount of time attending fundraiser after fundraiser after fundraiser.
No wonder he can't attend to the country's issues. Between golf and fundraisers he must be seriously exhausted!

Is that Bush's full term or a comparison of their terms at this point of their respective times in power?

Comparison at this time in each' second term.
BTW - Bush played only 24 rounds his entire presidency, with all rounds coming before Oct. 13, 2003. He quit out of respect for the troops fighting oversees, seeing it as a sign of disrespect as the CIC to be playing a sport while they were fighting and putting their lives on the line.
To date, Obama has played 176 rounds as president through June 14th. LINK

He can't govern. He's incompetent. All he can do is read what Valerie puts on the teleprompter. He might as well just raise money. It's the only thing he can do competently.
