And we need to give DHS HHS and ICE a few billion more dollars... simply to carry out the presidents plan.
What plan? We have a budget request with no plan?
Tell Repubs to quit wasting a few million on doing there job! Thats your money! And we need it to give away.

If only some people were hired to audit the recipients of handouts and were told they could keep 10% of the fraudulent savings.
I know first hand of fraudulent WIC, section 8, and school lunch recipients. All from lying on paperwork and nobody is checking anything.

Flood the zone with receivers, somebody will be open. Flood the legal system with 'scandals'...or the border with immigrants...or the government bureaucracy with so much mass and complexity that it can't be monitored or policed and you'll get a 'fundamental change'. And put an arrogant Authoritarian at the head of that bureaucracy and it's just a matter of time. 
Crash...reboot. Unless what's left of the informed electorate steps up.
