This could be fun to watch.

Hearing Romney may run again as well.

4LSU2 says he's presidential and should be a viable candidate.

Perry can suck a fat one. Look around, your own government is the terrorist. They log all your phone calls, monitor your web activity, jail you for getting high, and get a big chunk of your money out of every check you earn.

He'd be a much better candidate than this guy. Yesterday though I saw an interview w/Romney where he said definitely no. It'll be interesting to see who does run.

Rick Perry is an aggie douchebag.

These idiots really over-value the hell out of themselves. They need to do the party a favor and stick to fund raising. I wouldn't be surprised to see the rest of last elections bunch of idiots as well. The party needs no more than 4 candidates to battle for the nomination.

What in the hell?
Parading out RINOs is a losing strategy

No.
Those days are long dead and gone. The classical liberal of the past is and should be the GOP's future.

I'm no Rand fan, but he's a lot smarter than Rick so he should win it.

Paul is drawing his own red line along the water’s edge, creating a giant moat where superpowers can retire from the world.
We have seen President Obama draw his red lines, but the world knows by now that this is a rhetorical device or negotiating ploy rather than a promise of action. This kind of confused leadership and passivity enabled groups such as the Islamic State to grow and play major roles in terror’s resurgence. It has also enabled al-Qaeda to regroup.
...
Viewed together, Obama’s policies have certainly led us to this dangerous point in Iraq and Syria, but Paul’s brand of isolationism (or whatever term he prefers) would compound the threat of terrorism even further.
Gawd, I hope Rand writes a rebuttal and tears Perry a new one. These comparisons are asinine.

My question is who wrote this for Perry?

Nonetheless, the president can and must do more with our military and intelligence communities to help cripple the Islamic State. Meaningful assistance can include intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance sharing and airstrikes.
Assistance to who? The sectarian turd Maliki who has refused at every turn to fulfill even the tiniest preconditions for said assistance? He's made his choice, and his choice is the Shia militias and Iran. He's the guy who drove the Sunnis into the arms of ISIS in the first place. frick. That. Noise.

As a veteran, and as a governor who has supported Texas National Guard deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, I can understand the emotions behind isolationism.
Pretty terrible for a governor to not be familiar with the definition of a word I've remembered since middle school Social Studies.

Foreign policy is the one concern I have about Rand but our gov is out of control. Hell we had all the monitoring and were even tipped off by the Russians and the FBI didn't even look at the Boston bombing guys.
