Help! How do I get these popsicles out?

I made these mint rasberry yougurt popsicles for my daughter but now I can't get them out of this thing? Anyone done these? Is there a trick to this without melting them?

place in bath of room temp water for 3-5 min

Or hold it under the faucet while you run hot water on the one you want to pull out.
