Anyone use or know anything about Rinaldi builders

if they are owned by Tom Rinaldi then I bet they are cheesy as hell.

Good reputation.

He pays his vendors and subs on time and treats them as partners. He's loyal to them and I would guess that gets him better results than the contractor who just goes for the low bid from all his subs. I can't speak to the quality of what he builds as I'm not a Master Carpenter or Home Inspector but 99 times out 100 Residential GCs who operate like he does deliver a good or excellent product.

You won't have a lien on the property when he tells you it's ready for closing.
