Samsung account update

My S3 prompted me to update my samsung account...ok so twice since yesterday my phone has rebooted itself. Positive note is that it seems to be running better and it wasnt running bad before.
Anyone know what this update did?

Had the update notification yesterday then today I had a Samsung Account Notification that when I clicked it, asked me to agree to a bunch of user agreement changes.
Just seems as though it was an account update. Wasn't a phone software or firmware update.
