Bill to define short term rentals
"There are a growing number of unregulated, illegal, and some very problematic short term rentals," she said at Thursday's council meeting. "There are others that are perfectly fine...other than the fact that they are unregulated and not paying their fair share of taxes."
Stacy Head be mad, but she be fine too.

Good luck on enforcement Stace. I know a couple of people that make a living doing this, I was shocked at what they get for a week here and there.

I'm fine with it, but then again as far as I know no one is doing it on my block. If the city is actually able to capture some tax revenue from it then I've got no beef.

Used Airbnb to stay in NOLA recently. Best way to stay there IMO.
