Lunch thread titles: what is right and what is wrong?

Today's lunch thread just got anchored it was titled:
What is required for a non-anchored lunch thread? Was it the *** that killed this thread? Was it the short title?
I just would like for us to all decide what makes a lunch thread title worthy of non-anchor.

It was titled "lunch thread***" when it was anchored I think. I'm guessing the stars don't count for words on the three word minimum?
