Cheap source of peewee size equip?

Well it's almost that time of year again. The time of year when parents buy equipment for their kids to outgrow rapidly.
I don't want to spend a lot of money on a helmet and shoulder pads that will be outgrown in 3 months.
Suggestions? Does anyone sell used equipment? (The horror)

Red Stick does as good a job as any retailer with that. Don't get the cheapest helmet though, don't go cheap on your kids head.
