Summer TV Series

What's some good series on this summer?

I know The Strain is coming on, and i'm looking forward to that.

I have these recorded but am afraid to waste my time on a show that will end up being a flop and getting cancelled.

My DVR is backed up a little, so i still have some sons of anarchy and most of season 2 of the Americans to watch. I also have all of season 2 of The Following to watch, but i'm debating on whether or not i want to delete that show. The fact that the FBI on that show are the most inept group of law enforcement ever, and that everyone on Earth is in the cult makes the show pretty unwatchable.

I was thinking about starting up on Ray Donovan. I also need to watch breaking bad and House of Cards, and i'm only on the beginning of season 3 of the West Wing. I've also thought about starting up the wire, based on the critical acclaim it gets. Your suggestions?
