Hey y'all, I want to know if you know of any places that may be renting out their places for the upcoming school year. Already looking at a few places but not sure about vacancies. What have you heard or experienced with Highland Village I, Burbank Estates, Brook Hollow, Beau Chen, or University Crescent? Is it worth it to live farther down in Brook Hollow/ Beau Chen for nicer places for less money? Tell me what you think.

I tell you what, I wouldn't live in the E Boyd/Burbank area. Your commute will be unbearable now with the new intersection improvements.

I think some students are thinking about transferring over it.

How has gaslite not been mentioned? You get the campus experience with a great community amd diverse neighbors and cultural experiences.

This is assuming el cid is full (which it will be)

Pretty much all the places you said are pretty good places for a student.

Burbank Estates isn't an apartment complex. It is owner rented condos.

No amenities at all.
