I have a chance to get a jersey signed

So I have a family member that is best friends with Kevin de Bruyne's mom, so obviously the only answer here is to get a signed jersey. The question is which jersey do I go with.
Belgium or VfL Wolfsburg?
I have no connection to Belgium, but I am half German. But most people won't recognize a Wolfsburg shirt.

I'd get Wolfsburg instead of a random country's NT jersey.
Who cares if people recognize it.

I'm a Spurs fan, so I couldn't really stomach a Chelsea jersey. Also, I'm pretty positive he resents his experience at Chelsea.

Also - get it signed on the number and not on the jersey. It looks WAY better.
