Triple D, recipe, (BBQ) chicken at The Cube last nite

DDD was at The Cube, last nite in Albuquergue
They did a butterflied baked chicken, with a one day wet, then a one day dry marinade.
Wet started with buttermilk.
Anybody have the recipe ??

I watched that one too. Place looked fricking great, but only recipe triple D site posted from there was their mashed sweet potatoes. Maybe just try and watch the episode again to remember what all he did?

I found this for the wet marinade...
Whisk together the buttermilk, lime zest and juice, garlic, chili powder, coriander, cumin, turmeric, hot sauce, cilantro, and salt and pepper, to taste, in a large bowl. Pour the marinade into a large resealable plastic bag, add the chicken, seal the bag and refrigerate.
Still need dry rub recipe. I may just make up my own....
