Gretna inmate blows defense on obscenity charge. Masturbates in court.

Elgin Harvey, 28, of 3820 Cambronne St., New Orleans, was booked with obscenity-second offense after defiantly fondling himself from the cages inside the Gretna jail's intake booking center as Judge Vernon Wilty III presided over the hearing on Sunday morning (July 6). Wilty said he didn't notice Harvey's actions and only learned of them after being notified by the corrections officer who assisted with the proceedings.
"She came to me afterward and said the guy was masturbating during court," Wilty said on Monday.
The corrections officer ordered Harvey to stop. But he told her, "You can't do me anything else. I have two robbery charges, I don't care," the arrest report said.

I dunno his current situation. I just know he has been a judge for as long as I can remember.

This happens a lot with inmates. An attorney I know said she went to visit a client and he proceeded to masturbate and blow his load on the wall. Doesn't matter, got nut.
