What's the deal with wakes on BPC?
I try to idle at no more than 5mph but usually see others hauling arse?
So which is it?

More like make wake at your own risk 
Seriously though i don't get on top if i see boats in the water tied up. If the docks are clear for a good stretch i will get on top. Some jackasses hard idle at around 8 mph and shoot a larger wake than if they would just run.

Locals always run it seems, others are hit and miss. In retaliation I will run but only when boats are lifted and no one is fishing.
