Best photo storage app

My wife has an iphone 4 and has no storage to update. She has a lot of photos and I am looking for a cloud based storage so we can delete her photos from her phone but still have access to them from her phone. Any info or suggestions are greatly appreciated

I'm using OneDrive by Microsoft. I like it so far, it's clean and simple and does exactly what I need (sync between my phone, cloud and PC).
When I take pics or videos, I just go to OneDrive, upload them to a new or existing albums and delete from my camera roll.
