Happy in all the right places

You say happy 4th, happy Halloween, happy Thanksgiving, happy Easter, happy Valentines Day, happy Mothers/Fathers Day, happy birthday, happy anniversary (if you remember too) but Merry Christmas. Why ruin a perfectly good thing? Why not Happy Christmas?
