LSU Ticket transfers question

I understand that tickets can be transfered and even willed. My question is do you step into their contributions as well?
Meaning if my father transferred all of his seats in all sports to me, would he be giving me his account including philanthropic donations or just the tickets? I am considerable lower than him and curious
