Rantards will say it's not a concern.

What ever the options are I would not be panicked to see McGee play QB. If he had a few weeks practice.

This year, it's certainly a bit of a concern. Some of the concern is quelled in the fact that we're going to have a beast OL and RBs.

Going forward, I'm not even vaguely concerned about our QB/Offense situation. When you have guys like Harris, Jennings, Quinn and Dupre that have all the talent and drive in the world and are led by a guy like Cameron, good things will happen.

Same reasoning lots of NFL coaches carry 2 QB's, because if you are having to rely on your #3, your season is fricked anyway.

Having two quarterbacks on the roster with the talent and skill set that both Harris and Jennings possess is not a concern.

Having two quarterbacks with the experience level that both Harris and Jennings has is a bit of a concern until we see what they are capable of doing.

No one in the country has three quarterbacks they would feel warm and fuzzy about putting in against an SEC team.

Our Online and backs certainly ease the sting.
I agree.

I'm saying if any team lost their first and second QB's and had McGee as a third guy, they would be happy. I saw him in HS a couple times. He's good.

1. Most teams would not be "happy" if their third string quarterback was one of their star running backs going into the season.
2. He will NOT be the third string quarterback.
3. You must not be overly familiar with him because his name is not McGee.

4. Let me reiterate for you, Terrance Magee will NOT be the third string quarterback.

You act like other teams are just hording QBs.

Literally any other team in the country suffers season ending injuries to their top two QBs, they'll be up a river without a paddle.

It's been 7 years since we had two starting QBs on the roster

Yeah, we're a 7 win team if that happens, so who even gives a shite.

I didn't ask what would happen if BOTH QBs go down. Obviously, that is a complete disaster.

I asked what would happen if ONE QB goes down. Do the coaches play things more conservatively because they know that there is not a viable option behind who they have?

People are overracting to the question I didn't ask.

If Jennings is the starter and he gets hurt and Harris comes in, do the coaches keep in mind that if Harris gets hurt the season is over and then call games accordingly? Just wondering how that affects a coaches thinking.

"if any team lost their first and second QB's"

Thanks for the low IQ point of view.
I never said he was going to be third string. But he's taken snaps as a QB in practice.
Mis-spelling his name doesn't prove I've never seen him play

But you post does indicate your a dip-shite.

I'd think Bolden would have to move back to qb in that scenario. He's currently our most experienced QB.

we need to worry about the number 1 QB more than the number 3

This kid is pretty Legit and might be the best QB on our team RIGHT NOW. I know he doesn't have the talent Harris has but he might be better right now. Kid can play.
