Can't wait to see Capaldi's darker take on the Doctor!

Oh and Jenna Coleman

I didn't think a companion could top Amy Pond for me, but Clara Oswald is quickly becoming my new favorite. I'm excited to see Capaldi's take on the Doctor.

ETA: Speaking of Amy Pond, anyone going to watch Karen Gillan's new show "Selfie"?

Will he pull double duty on Doctor Who and The Musketeers or will the replace him come next season of The Musketeers. Because, well, he's a pretty central character.

I believe I read he isn't going to be in Musketeers.

I tried watching the trailer for that show and gave up 20 seconds into it. It looks awful. Too much forced wackiness.

Yeah, but it's Karen Gillan.

I can watch her read the phone book.

You ever seen the clip where she speaks like a Dalek? It's great.

His character has been recast for the second series.

Hell, watching it sober for the fourth time still gets me misty eyed. It was one hell of a goodbye episode.

First episode will be key for me.

I am excited about Capaldi but if he cranks out the sonic lazy tool, I am done.

Wish to god that thing would just blow the frack up.

Would love for Capaldi to be In The Loop cranky but I know they won't go that far with it.

If the use it all, I want them to acknowledge the stupidity of it doing everything and go back to it just being a screw driver. But, given they way they used it in the 50th, I have little hope.

I didn't think anyone could top Rose Tyler, but then Amy showed up. Now I'm digging Clara.

You lucky bastards never had to deal with Adric & Kamelion.

Least in the end they did the right thing with Adric and his GD math awards.
