Don't they deposit eggs when they bite. The eggs then mature and hatch hundreds of babies inside the bite victim and they feed on the inside of the body till they are mature and burst out?

Those things have always creeped me out. I didn't even know they could sting. They do kinda look like mini scorpians.

I just dug out the bite site with my SOG. Lots of blood and visible bones and tendons but no eggs. Cauterized with blast lighter and sealed with duct tape.

That earwig is huge. The ones around here are 1/4 that size.

Never seen one with antennae that large.
