Is it the irritated bleeding butthole? Heart burn (sometimes being confused with heart problems)? Or Long waits on the toilet till the point your foot goes numb?

Keep eating spicy food until your body adapts to it.

Popeyes' spicy chicken is more powerful on the way out than in.
I don't know why. It doesn't even taste spicy to my mouth, just my booty hole.

Sounds like someone needs to go to the pharmacy and pick up an OTC PPI and settle his GERD.

I'd definetly examine my diet, get real bland for 2-3 weeks and see what happens.

Try to get your ph above 6. Get the ph strips you pee on from any decent health food shop.

Sounds like you have a very acidic system.

I'm guessing you got wasted and ate a ton of spicy food.

Be careful this time of year especially to stay hydrated. Beer water beer water. And get honey BBQ wings next time.

The main sign is adding an unneeded "e" when spelling a word. You need to stop eating the stuff immediately. It's killing you.

do you eat a lot of starches, crappy fat and drink a lot of alcohol? that's what gets me more than the spicy. I can do spicy without ridiculous amounts of that junk and be fine. Maybe a nice light burn but not the searing pain of heartburn etc.

good advice too. OP: knock out the sugar too, including fruit juice (you can make your own but use a lot of veggies).

I used to be able to eat spicy food 3 meals a day, 7 days a week. Now I get heartburn and it throws me off. I have to pop Tums before and after every LSU tailgate
