I know they have a strong midfield but where are they most vulnerable? How do we match up physically with them?

To me the weaknesses start with the fact that they don't have any fullbacks.
Literally Vanden Borre is the only natural FB on the roster and now he's hurt (probably wouldn't have played anyway). Vertonghen's not bad at LB, but a good LB that's capable of getting up and down and overlapping would really open things up for Hazard.
The central midfielders aren't in great form, overall.
Dembele is borderline a shadow of what he was two years ago. Not sure exactly what happened to him, but the guy that could just ghost past whoever he wanted to seemingly is gone. As a Fulham fan, I've seen him play a huge amount of games, and his explosiveness is just not there.
Fellaini obviously had a rough club year, but his ability on set pieces still worries me.
Witsel might be the least well-known of the central midfielders, but he's probably the best.
Third weakness for me is just that Lukaku just seems totally out of it. I wouldn't be shocked if he didn't even play against us.
The strengths are the attacking midfielders, Courtois, and the center backs (assuming Kompany is healthy, even if he's maybe a bit overrated on here).

Vermaelen is likely out as well - their back line is in rough shape.
We can punish them - the problem is their attack hasn't shown their full potential yet.
Dries Mertens has been a danger man going forward. Hazard is usually good going forward. As you mentioned Fellaini is a beast in the air. Lukaku can turn it on. Mirallas has scoring quality.
They remind me of an undisciplined Germany - solid attacking midfield, tall backline, good goal keeping.
We can exploit the lack of pace on their defensive flanks. I expect a big game from Fabs.
