Anyone here having issues with this? I had Arris and they are switching it out with SMC, but still reading there may be issues.
Any help is appreciated

first off, i'd buy my own router & not rent that shite from comcast.
you do know they turn on a so-called "alternate antenna' inside it for anyone who is in range to suck off your connection right?
what kind of issues are you having exactly? if its dropping connection to chromecast it might be something as simple as changing the channel.
download 'wifi analyzer' for your android phone and go hang out by your chromecast & see which channel is the strongest.
if the one you're on isnt, change the channel.
