Been hitting up Sudafed and 2 ibuprofen every four hours, with the occasional Afrin blast but it's starting to work less, so I'm kinda phasing that out.

Typical head and sinus congestion, and probably headed for my chest so I'll probably pick up some mucinex.

But I'm in hell. This is sucking major arse. What do you normally do when trying to kill a cold, to weather the storm?

Go to a quick care within 24 hours and get a shot. It takes less than an hour & only cost me 25 bucks. Well worth the brevity of recovery.

I totally would, but I got a shot within the last 2 months so I didn't wanna overdo it.

Everybody in the whole house got it. Kids, wife, and finally me. I knew I was a dead man walking.

I had the shite for the last 2 weeks. Miserable! Finished off two DayQuil straight out the bottle and finally took mucinex. GL

Yeah, I heard it's going around.

Is there anything stronger than Sudafed? My usual med is Dayquil, but trying it the other day after I'd used Sudafed the day before, I can officially say the DQ worked significantly worse.

Is it safe to blame the meth heads for making otc cold meds suck dick now? Before they changed the formulas, seemed like everything worked better.
