i've been a set PA for a few weeks and it is kind of interesting seeing how it all works. any grips, electricians, etc. here?

i applied for some 2 day program that NOVAC does that teaches you all the bullshite

Yes, it's a lot less glamorous than the videos you see online. Bodily fluids everywhere, a whole lot of drugs and alcohol. Plus most of the girls without makeup and cover up

They film a lot of shite in Georgia. I've watched bits and pieces from afar, but it looks boring and gay as hell. I'll stick to seeing the final product on screen.

i'm part owner in a film production company, it's fun to watch it all come together. we mainly do re in actments for news shows

Worked a whole summer with Reese Witherspoon and Sam Waterson, both as a PA and on the set.
Loved the catering truck. First time I ever had lox and cream cheese on a bagel. Good stuff
