First let me say I didn't vote for Romney or Obama, so I didn't have a horse in that race. But with that being said, I hear the sentiment often that both parties are the same and we are being played by both sides etc. And to a large degree, I agree with this. Both parties have their own interest, and both spend way too much tax payer money on their own causes.
With that out of the way, who here doesn't believe that we would have been way better off if Romney had won in areas like; foreign policy, the economy, the border issues, EPA restrictions, keystone pipeline, honesty, the overall mood of the country, etc.?

I believe we would probably better off with Pat Paulsen than Obama to be honest with you.

I think people who watch Fox News would be happier but not for any good reason.

I don't see how Romney wanted to be president for the money. He is rich. It has to be that he either cared about the direction of the country just as he said in his campaign or he wanted some meaning in his life.

Romney is a business man not a leach who takes from the tax payer to make uncle Harry reid rich. Yes I think we would have been way better off and the jobs would be more plantiful for everyone. But we would still have the dems hollering about the rich getting rich. What they dont tell you is that the lower class benefits from the rich getting rich.

Statism would be moving along at a slower pace.

And , there would be horses roaming the White House grounds.

Isn't it strange that people make these broad sweeping conclusions of people based on where they get their news?

Fox News= Republican news

All other News outlets= Democrat news

Fox is #1 in the media ratings

yet is amazingly out numbered 15-1 in terms of bias perception.

Speaking of happiness, I've learned that if you turn them all off, your mood changes and you are happier with out that clutter and arguing you see every night that gets your blood boiling depending on your own biases.

Though I think we might be passed the point of no return, I think Romney would have at least slowed down the fall.

We would be far better off with Romney than we are today. We would have a vastly better economy (instead of being in a recession like we are about to officially be in) We would be much closer to energy independence and our foreign policy would be much better.

I doubt we would have tens of thousands of illegal immigrants crossing the border daily.

African Americans would not have record high unemployment like they do now.

Those who voted for Obama made a huge mistake and I hope you learn from your mistake.

Romney is proven to be a successful and competent administrator/leader so IMO that's a hell of a contrast.

Blatant corruption would be minimized plus the press would be there to point out wrong doing.

people who watch Fox News would think things were better when they really weren't. Or do you think Romney could've "fixed" the economy already? If so, you sure think some stupid things.

Obama has not been a presidential president imo. He has been a social president. He has been more concerned about changing the social issues of this country that he thinks need to be adjusted as opposed to being the leader of a whole country and what is important to this country as a whole.

His economic and foreign policies have been atrocious for someone to be the leader of the greatest country in the world. That observation has slipped tremendously during his tenure.

You do realize there are metrics for gauging the economy that doesn't matter if one is liberal or conservative right? Things are bad right now by anyone's estimation.
